Returns and Refunds

Question:  What is your policy for product returns and refunds?

Answer:  

Tuscany Leather guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes.

You can return a product to Tuscany Leather within 30 days of receiving your order.

The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.

You cannot return:

- personalized products (engraved)

- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use

Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

Tuscany Leather reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Tuscany Leather suggests to use a tracked shipping system.

1.  If for any reason that you are not happy with your product, please do not hesitate to Contact Us ,  within  30 days of purchase  for a full refund of your purchase LESS shipping costs   We will then give you instructions for the returning process directly for your item that must be returned to us in its original new condition and packing. 

2.  If your item is a warranty return, Then please Contact Us, for instructions on how we can replace your item for you, as quickly as possible.

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Bags for Business within 24 hours of the delivery.

All Tuscany Leather products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product. In case there are any problems the customer should contact Bags for Business and provide pictures of the problem to: bags4business@gmail.com

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.

Tuscany Leather reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.

The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Bags for Business within 24 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to bags4business@gmail.com

Images and colours of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colours due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
